Dr. Tyler McClimon
Chiropractor
Dr. McClimon grew up locally in Douglassville and Birdsboro. He attended Daniel Boone High School and, after deciding not to continue with his family’s stucco business, attended Moravian College in Bethlehem, PA. He was an avid athlete in both high school and college.
While Dr. McClimon was a biology major, he was constantly searching for a way to improve the health of humanity. After exploring physical therapy, podiatry, medicine, and naturopathy, he was invited to observe a chiropractic office. He remembers seeing healthy patients who felt great coming in and out and thinking, “Why are they coming in here if they feel good?”
The doctor explained that health is not just about how you feel, but how you function. He showed Dr. McClimon a spinal nerve chart, illustrating how the nervous system controls every cell, tissue, and organ in the body.
It was at that moment he realized there was no better way to improve the health of humanity than to work on the system that runs it all—independent of how we feel—to address the root cause of sickness and disease instead of just masking the problems. Shortly after this realization, he applied to chiropractic school and attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. There, he worked in radiology and became an intern with Dr. Mitch Mally, with whom he traveled nationally to teach extremity techniques to other doctors and students.
Dr. McClimon enjoys his faith, family, fitness, and fun. He loves the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. He continues to practice what he preaches through daily exercise, good nutrition, drinking plenty of water, and maintaining consistent biweekly adjustments and home spinal hygiene.
He has been serving the Birdsboro community in Gibraltar for over 20 years. He continues to strive to change the “backwards paradigm” of health that exists today, knowing that the families in his practice are healthier and safer because of it.
